We're in the very initial stages of an ITIL Implementation in Oklahoma City and are looking to connect with experts in OK and TX. I see the potential to hire a minimum of one Implementation Consultant, with the possibility of two more implementation subordinates.
The position(s) would entail:
- Performing a service assessment & gap analysis
- Detailing the implementation plan
- Selecting a training vendor
- Identifying & coordinating training needs for individuals within the organization
- Identifying projects for initial wins, and utilizing ITIL processes on these projects
