My Client, a fast growing real estate services internet company in the LAX area is seeking a perm individual for the following role:
Position: Manager Service Management / Delivery
Lead the IT Service Management processes development program. Specifically focusing on Quality Assurance, Release Management, Change Management, Incident, and Incident Management.
-- Act as a Process Champion for the development of core ITIL Service Management disciplines within IT.
-- Manage all aspects of Release Management and QA including Bug Tracking, Test Cases, Test Scripts, and Quality Accountability for Development team.
-- Lead the documentation, development and continuous improvement for the above mentioned processes.
-- Lead the implementation of Release, QA, Incident, Problem and Change, and provide governance over all ITIL process development for IT.
-- Keeps all Process Owners in sync: integrated processes
-- Internal advisor and consultant for ITIL process related work
-- Ensure that process roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, assigned, and executed
-- Define and produce the metrics and measurements for IT compliance to implemented processes
-- Develop Accountability Metrics for Code Quality and Improve Development Delivery
-- Produce status report, analysis, and/or other reporting as required.
-- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
-- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent in training and experience is required.
-- ITIL Foundations certification
-- 5+ years in a Service Management process development or related Service Management role
-- 2+ years experience in leading and/or supervising a team a plus
-- Demonstrated project management skills, PMP certification a plus
-- Demonstrated ability to effectively identify and resolve problems in high visibility, high stress situations.
-- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to work effectively in dynamic environment with a broad range of end-user configurations; participate in a team environment and build strong working relationships.
-- Demonstrated Internal consulting and influencing without authority
-- Strong communication skills (oral and written); communicate effectively with support peers, end users, and all levels of corporate management
