Hi,
I have overall 12 Years of IT Experience in IT including IT Operations, Service Delivery, ITIL, ISO-20000 process development, implementation, and developing metrics.
I am currently employed in India with one of the top MNCs, looking for a change. I am willing to relocate to Australia, Canada, Middle East, UK or US.
I am ITIL Masters (RED BADGE) certified.
Since I have both IT Operations and Quality background, I am aware of the pain areas in IT Service Management processes and how to address them. Apart from this, I am familiar with Six Sigma, COBIT, and ISO-27001 as well.
