Location - Normal, IL
Contract length - 1 year possibility of more
Pay - dependent on qualifications
Incentives - Completion of contract bonuses and a small amount of relocation assistance if needed.
Assist with the implementation of Availability Management. Should have some background in the Availability management arena and be able to provide that.
We are looking for a leader who has used extensive ITIL in their work and can demonstrate that on the first day. Someone who has been at a very senior level and understands all angles of infrastructure support and build out.
Qualifications include:
- ITIL Foundations certified
- IPPI Certified or at least ITIL Availability Mgmt certified(preferred)
- Experience in Service Management practice in large, enterprise organizations
- Implementation of Availability Management practice preferred Service Desk
- experience Websphere knowledge Wily knowledge
