Hello!
I'm recently took a job as a Change Manager for a mobile technology company, after 8 years of various Service Delivery Management roles, and am trying to shape this function up.
It runs well and has some good processes in place, but our stats are just wrong.
We have a huge amount of change happening, most of which is classified as Successful. There are few Rejections or Cancellations, and hardly any closed as Failed.
One of my activities in to implement an 'Adhere & Enforce' campaign (whereby users Adhere to the CM processes and we Enforce them). As part of this I know our Reject, Cancel & Fail stats will leap up (to show the current state of affairs) and then level off again as everyone gets used to following the corrcet processes.
One of my KPI measures should be whether our change stats eventually reflect industry standard... but try as I might, I can't find these industry stats anywhere.
Does anyone have any ideas where I can look...?

I don't think you should have a KPI that reflects industry standard. Just do what it best for your organisation. Find a KPI that you think reflects goal that is challenging but realistic and measureable, work towards it and periodically reassess...
