Just finished my coursework and now doing some test papers and have come across this question. Would really appreciate it if someone could confirm that the answer is correct.
The answer marked as correct is B, but I would have thought it was A.
12. The Design Manager Is responsible for the overall coordination and deployment of quality solution designs for services and processes. Which of the following are NOT responsibilities included In this role?

No, what I dont like is the assumption that the ITIL Forum is a replacement for learning
I dont have issues with asking questions about the ITIL exams.
I wont answer the question - because that is doing the examee work for them.
I will provide hints, tips and direction about the question so the person who asked can find out for themselves

The whole point about ITIL is that it is a body of guidance to be applied in the realm of IT Service Management. Therefore people who get trained "in ITIL" have not acquired book learning, but rather understanding of good service management and how to apply principles and guidance to improve the management of IT services.
If you are at the stage of learning what is in the books, then the best place to obtain your answers is in the books.
If you are at the stage of understanding ITIL, then apply your experience of service management as well as the guidance material in the books to solve the questions. (If you do not have experience of service management, then the course and the exam is premature)
If someone else tells you the answers now, you will not have developed the capability of applying ITIL in your workplace without continued hand holding.
If you do not have an understanding of the questions and answers yourself, then you may not be ready to take the exam.
