Which is better ITIL trg provider ???

HP India conducts ITIL training for 3 days and QAI India also does for 3 days. The cost are approx Rs 30K plus exam cost
ITpreneurs, gives Online courses for $499

If one needs to do a Foundation level course which would be a better choice .

It really depends on the objective of undergoing a ITIL course. Based on experience, ITIL is no magic word that brings ina difference after becoming certified. In fact, ITIL is a way of life within a IT dept. If you're looking for the real ITIL experience, a class room based learning which includes a business simulation game is always a worthy choice.
