TEKsystems of Bloomington, IL is looking for two ITIL certified professionals to join the team at their client site for a long-term opportunity. This position requires someone to:
- define and gather Service Level requirements
- develop and negotiate the Service Agreements (Service Level Agreements, Operational Level Agreements and Underpinning contracts).
- monitor the Service Agreements
- report on the Service Agreements
- orchestrate SLA reviews.
- mentor and train SLM process assignments
