I'm doing the V3 Manager's Bridge next month and have been told that there is no point trying to read through all 5 books in advance. Does anyone know if there is a 'Little ITIL' for V3 and how useful it is in preparing for the Bridge course?

IMNSHO,
You should read the 5 books ahead of the course. not memorize obut be familar with the books
The exam will be based on the books and from I hear on this forum.. the questions are based on the 5 books.. granted the course 'prepares' you for the exam.. but you are cramming 5 books in ? days for a 20 question exam _________________ John Hardesty
