Hey I am ready with my Project Plan just want to confirm that I am not missing anything. Can you please help me by suggesting - What all details should be there in Project Plan?

A project plan can be written in as few or as many steps necessary.

It depends on how detail oriented you are, your boss is and your audience of the project

For my projects, I divide the project in section whenever the task ownership changes or a significant milestone is needed otherwise. My Project plans are very simple

Your plan should have a start date / end date and estimation for each 'task'
In addition, there should be key milestones, some set in stone - others that can move.

A Project plan can be written in word, excel, powerpoint (microsoft app or the other equivs) or a project app like ms project

And one last thing.

Please realize this is an advice, while you may ask all sorts of questions and may get useful, specious or even sarcastic replies, the solution is in your hands and your responsibility ultimately

We can give free advice, commentary and our own insight.

Beyond that would be consulting and that will cost you ££££ and outside the scope of this forum

I am talking about a very generaic Project (any IT Project)
Even I have added Start Date, End Date and the complete schedule of the project also scope of project and etc. in my project plan

I am prity much sure that I have considered almost all the details about the Project just want to know that I am not missing anything.

Viking's question is valid.
If we are talking about implementing ITIL project, you will have to make a strategic plan to address the following questions:
- Are you going to implement all ITIL processes?
- If so, what would be the suitable approach? (process by process, etc.)
- If "by process" is chosen, would it be one project for one process?

Plus, this forum is not a Project Management Forum, so asking about Project Management in detail here would not help you anything.
