I am certified Service Manager on both ITIL v2 and v3 with 8 years experience in IT and ITSM.
I participated in ITIL implementations in both private and public sectors in the Middle East
I conducted many IT Maturity, Process Maturity, Gap Analysis and Tool assessments
Delivered ITIL foundation training and simulations
Helped in establishing and setting up the presence of the of international consultancy firm in the Middle East Region
Current Work
Currently I am working as ITSM consultant in a multi-national IT Management Consultancy firm.
