Hi group..
Iam new to this group.... I have IT exp of 8 Yrs... i wanna to start with ITIL certification...
could any one tell me ....how do i proceed....
i have to training for ITIL..... but if i can download training materail
and study by self and start for exam...
which exam do i need to start first....
could any one show me the way ...... to complete the task..

obviously you have done NO search on your own using
google or yahoo
try it.. it may answer some questions
search using the following words
itil
certification
exams
courses
that said and look in this forum and a few others for threads about this topic there are tons of them
that said
what experience with IT do you have
playing computer games and using IE or firefox is not IT experience in the manner you are thinking about
have you worked in a help desk, service desk, helping other people get their it equipment to work
have you worked as a system engineer, programmer, network engineer etc

I suppose ITIL Foundation course was too hard to say.
Once on course they will step you through the remaining cert path skv. |

Yes. ITIL Foundation course is the word to be said
However, instead of coming here and asking, a simple search on yahoo / google would have given him the answer
Tell you what -
I will merely respond by saying .. Ask GAY. and you can respond to every lazy post
that way my count goes up and up ....
because I want to hit 10000

GAV.... sorry about misspelling your ID
For so dman reason I though it was GAY....
I thought it was strange your ID was GAY... but GAV makes more sense
