The Inventes Institute (a Division of Inventes Inc.) announces our class schedule for June 2005.
The ITIL Foundations Certificate Training Course
This is a two and a half day instructor led course that explores the eleven ITIL disciplines for Service Support and Service Delivery and prepares the attendee to take the ITIL Foundation Certificate examination. The ITIL Foundation Certification has become a requirement for all IT Professionals who wish to become certified in IT best practices and is a prerequisite for the ITIL Practitioners and Masters Level certifications. Class capacity is limited to eighteen attendees, so early reservations are highly recommended.
