Does this guy also promise $100,000,000 in unclaimed lottery prizes? to be the son of a rich oil billionaire in Zambia who needs to transfer money to my account?

ITIL Foundation? That cert can be obtained by anyone with a thousand bucks and a few days on their hands.

No herding required.

Its a bit like the Pied Piper in reverse...all you have to do is play something from the Grateful Dead and they will all come to you....you will see them slowly emerging from the shadows of the data centre...pale ...straggly beards....wearing socks and sandals...trousers just a little too short....and a jumper reclaimed from a charity shop.

At first sight they appear harmless, almost childlikeand simple...but....should you mention the missue of boolean algebra principles in COBOL 85...they will turn into savage snarling beasts....at least until they get to the coffee machine, where a number 32 with a little shortbread biscuit will calm them down again.

More to be pitied than feared really.
