Hello all Very Happy

I am stuying the Availability Management from Service Ability.

What can you say to me about this chapter ? (in few lines)

Is it concerned by the using of tools of supervision (as Nagios) in the room server for example ?

Thank you in advance ! Smile

****Nervously looks around for UKVIKING****

I'm not sure what it is that you're asking. Are you after a precis of Availability Management?? Are you asking whether its all about the tools? Its not, although the v3 books (which go out of their way to sell ITSM products) might tell you it is.

If I take one thing from Availability Management it is the excellent techniques for troubleshooting.
