Be low is the communication between I and EXIN-EXAMS. At starting they said the certificate will be arrived in 6 weeks, after 6 weeks they said new policy is not send out hard copy of certificate???

Unbeleiveable!!!

Dear Tan,

From January 2009 our policy on sending certificates has changed significantly: we will no longer send out hardcopy certificates to candidates, but be of service by sending you a softcopy PDF, which can be printed at your convenience and will count as a valid document. We have several reasons for this change in policy, including environmental considerations.

Best regards,

Dear Tan,

We don't send certificates by courier. Normally we allow up to 6 weeks for mail to Vietnam.

Thanks,

It's also rude and slack imho. We pay enough! Recycled paper is fine. Hope they are listening

In nowadays, whenever a company wants to cut costs and make it looks nice, it uses the "save the environment" speech...

Considering the cost of each exam is 100, you would think that they could afford a piece of paper, an envelope and a stamp! ISEB still send out certificates, but also try and get yo to go for a wooden plaque with it on for your wall. Considering I have to sit every single exam, in order to teach it, and the bottom has fallen out of the training market, due to the perfect storm of a credit crunch and a set of confusing new exams, I am starting to wish I had gone for that option - I could have burnt them to save on my gas bill Wink

Liz,

May I suggest that you take the Service Design Book, open it at page 31 (actually any page will do) and lay it on your living room floor. The hot air rising from this book will provide you with a reliable source of warmth throughout the winter months.
