I'm a PhD student in MIS at the University of Georgia and am researching the effects of ITIL on an organization's financial performance.
I have researched a number of sites and have learned that there is no "master list" of organizations using ITIL. As a result, I would like to solicit your help in undertaking this research. I need to identify organizations that have been using ITIL for at least 1 year, are willing to share their usage information with me (e.g. what portions of ITIL are used and how faithfully) and are pubicly traded. All information provided will be kept strictly confidential, the name of your organization will never be revealed and only aggregate data will ever be reported. If requested, I will be happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
The data will be used to develop a piece of academic literature. I will also develop a practitioner version of the academic piece and will send a copy of that version to everyone who participates in the study. I think the results will be quite interesting to your company's management and staff.
