In reviewing many of the self study materials for the V3 Foundations Exam, I came across The Art of Service ITIL V3 Foundation Complete Certification Kit - Study Guide Book and Online Course (Paperback)
by Tim Malone (Author), Michael Wedemeyer (Author), Gerard Blokdijk (Author)...

Has anyone used these materials or know anything about them???

The book and online course comes very highly recommended on Amazon...
