"ITIL Problem Manager - £ Neg - Midlands
...ITIL evangelist required to undertake a contract to design and implement a problem management framework...
Working on a project basis you will undertake route cause analysis"
John would struggle with this perhaps?
But I fancy being an evangelist _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."

We dont really welcome people
Usually what happens is the newbie will ask
'how can I find ...'
or
'I want to be a conslutant ... how can I ?'
'Can any one tell me where I can get ITIL foundation training in insert city / country'
Our first response if this came from you would be
UKVIKING: Ever hear of yahoo or how to search the internet
SWISSTONY: try google
DIARMID: Dont worry UKVIKING's bark is as bad as his byte
Etc
We have no problem answering questions with questions to get clarity
The most common answer we give is
IT Depends
When you ask a question, try to ask a whole question
like
I am interested in ITIL expert I have done the foundation and I am aware of the courses in between... I am in still in university... should I get experience or certification first ?
What questions we will answer is ... i am stuck or I am unsure
what we wont answer with the answer are
I am too lazy to do x,.... can you provide me with x,....
BTW: Welcome to the forum.

I think this is just a typo but ...
"... you will be responsible for Service Centre in a process perspective, and to dive through ITIL across the business."
... perhaps it is as meaningful (or meaningless?) a metaphor as that intended.
I can swim but there was no ITIL certification when I started out. _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."
