I am glad to say that I have finally (second attempt) passed the V3 Foundation Course.

So what is the next step - is there an intermediate level or do you have to take one of the core lifecycles ie Operation or Design?

Any advice would be greatly received.

Thanks

Hi Mini,

It also depends on which direction you want to go.

I know V3 has a different approach then V2. In V2 you can do 1. Foundation 2. 1 practitioner and then go for the next phase 3. Management But in V3 you need to gather points.
I have no idea you can already certificate in your area for practitioner V3.
I will do the practitioners Service Level Management in May but still in V2.

I also did SD, incident and problem management but never certificated for those.
I think the most important thing for you is to decide which direction you want to go, which area is in your interest, which modules will help you in your carreer. Is it on operational level, design level,...

Because I am heading for service mgr I focus on the design.

I hope this helps.

Good luck and congratulations!
