I'm reading the green book, planning to implement serrvice management. It keeps mentioning CSIP but I can't find what exactly that stands for. I'm using 'something service implementation plan' as context for what I'm reading but I'd like to be sure.

"Continuous Service Improvement Programme" (CSIP)

It took me a while to realize they only define the abbreviaiton once early on.
