| We are trying to evaluate an ITIL certified help desk solution from Axios Systems called Assyst. They have a lot of users in Europe, but we are interested in speaking with some users in North America. Anyone have any experience with this firm in the US/Canada? |

| We too are trying to evaluate here in Australia - we are close - saw the demo etc yeah it was everything we need. What we liked is you pay once and for ALL modules. |

We too evaluated assyst as well as HP, Peregrine & BMC Remedy. We did choose Axios. As you said it was clear that there was 1 fixed cost for the whole solution, implementation & future upgrades.
We would be interesed in speaking with anyone who has used assyst for complex change management with timezones |

Yeah we have recently launched a service improvement plan which includes significant overhall of th way in which we control changes within our infrastructure. We use assyst to manage and control the workflow & process mgt.
As I understand it assyst can handle the processes being as complex or as simple as requirements dictate. |
