Hello to you all - I work for a vendor of ITSM solutions (booooo-hisssss I hear you all say)!
What I'm looking to do is recruit some resellers and while I am aware of some companies I'd like to work with, I thought I'd ask my 'prospects' what they look for in a reseller.
Also if any of you have any suggestions about particular companies I should engage with - then please send me a personal message (if you can).
It's quite important to note that we target our solutions at the SMB market place and as such your larger SI's are not really appropriate from the perspective that their customers are larger than our sweet spot and they have already heavily invested in other technologies.

Put simply I look for any kickbacks and gratuities that I can get my hands on.......I have a very nice Axios tea-towel and a BMC stress ball.
I always think there are a lot of synergies between call centre technologies and ITSM solutions - why don't you hook up with some of the resellers in that sector.
Failing that why not work with some ITSM consulting companies who can get your products out there in the marketplace as part of their assignments.
