Hi
I have my ITIL managers course in a few weeks, and before hitting the SS/SD textbooks such I would like to refresh myself on the key concepts of ITIL foundation v2, as its a good few years since I sat the exam, and have since done v3 bridge, which I need to get out of my head!
Can anybody recommend a textbook/guide that may be suitable as a refresher of v2 knowledge?
Any advice on this matter would be gratefully received.

If you have been working in IT Service Management in the years since you did the foundation, then you have no need of revision. Simply take your experience to the course and let it merge with the material.
I would find it alarming if work you did on the bridging course is actually harmful.
Also I would have thought that the introductory sections to each chapter in SD and SS would quickly refresh on the key concepts. _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."
