Hi All,

I have completed my ITIL V3 Foundation an year back and I am interested to do the ITIL Intermediate Certification. Especially on Service Operation.
Can any one help me with the syllabus or with the material

No.....I'm afraid that is just not possible. Smile

You need to be a bit more specific. Also do you have any experience in Service Operation - the course is not going to focus so much on telling you how to do it, rather it will help structure your own thoughts and understanding.

Thanks 4 ur reply.

Yes I have two years of experience in Service Desk and Incident Management. And I want to get the certiofication done for better understanding as you correctly said. So just need to know if there is any book specifically on Service operation

Buy the Service Operation book (about 85UK). Read it. Syllabus available from EXIN. ISEB or APMG. However, with 2 years experience, I would advise the Opeational Support and Analysis Capability course as being more suitable. SO, is very managerial, OSA much more practical. Enroll for a course (there is no self-study option, just calssroom or e-learning with an accredited Training Organisation)
