Need a Network Team Lead that has worked in the Day to Day Operations of a Data center with hands break fix experience with servers for a Dallas contract to hire opportunity. This person must be ITIL certified.
This will be shift work.
High visibility role requires high level of customer service. Team Lead will be on a shift responsible for providing Major Incident Coordination, Incident Queue Management and Change Coordination in a client application and infrastructure support environment. The Network Team Lead acts as the On Duty Operations Manager driving ITIL version 3 processes to meet client defined Service Level Agreements.
Server troubleshooting, large Data Center experience (1000 Servers or more)
knowledge of Change Management policies
knowledge of Incident Management policies
knowledge of Queue Management policies
familiar with Windows 2000 Advanced Server
familiar with UNIX, HP/Compaq, and Sun servers
