Summary:
Business Systems Analyst provides functional support for various systems and/or applications by being the main liaison between business users and technical teams to identify analyze and translate needs into specifications. Business Systems Analyst may also lead small teams for specific projects.

Responsibilities:
*ITIL (standard) - Service project management, service management framework
*ITIL certified is a big plus
*Beyond just help desk, lead work with end users
*Implement CMDB (Change Management Database

Requirements:
*Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering and development
*Strong experience with systems analysis and functional design
*Experience with documentation and problem resolution
*Meeting facilitation skills
*Ability to present ideas and information in group settings
*Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle
*Understanding of structured programming techniques
*Strong verbal and written communication skills that non-technical end users can understand
*The ability to create a positive and professional business relationship with internal and external clients

Technical Skills:
*ITIL required
*Strong RDBMS skills and SQL knowledge
*Some experience with Oracle desired
*Testing methodologies and technologies
*Pre/post-implementation support skills involving user functional support and high-level troubleshooting
*Application and technical architecture disciplines
*Experience with software package selection and implementation
*Client server application development experience and concepts
*Web application development experience and concepts
