I think we should have section for LL(Lessons Learned) which discuss the sucess or failure of any member and each member attend the exam he share his experience/plan/resources/ even which material he did.
I would ask Admin to try to add this great section.
Thanks a lot. _________________ Regards,

It could be extended to what we have done in our work as well, so long as IP is not compromised.
Although exam stuff is pretty much done to death in the Certification forum _________________ DYbeach

Well, I like of the idea to extend it to what we have done in our work. I am sure we all have plenty of stories to share and plenty of Change Controls that didn't go as expected.

Are you suggesting a Exam Lessons learned or an ITIL process lessons learned
If the former, then I do not recommend that. One - i think there is IP issues about discussing the exam questions after taking the exam. This I think is part of process that exam takers have if I recall. I dont think the owners of this site want to be known as a exam cheat site
If it is for the latter, this is what the discussion posts are all about.
Trial and error. Explain. etc some comments, suggestions etc
The real issue is the level of detail that would make the LL worthwhile
If i work for company X, i dont want my dirty laundry aired to the world. If it is santized to the point that the company can not be noted, how can you be sure the information is noted
The other issue is experience is the best teacher. In spite of LLs I have seen, there are always some people.. oh this wont happen to me.. and pow _________________ John Hardesty
