Pink Atlas is great, new features, including a series of robust process templates, policies, metrics and project plans based on ITSM best practices AND enhanced with ITIL V3 content! Wink

Well that is Very possible. They trained him well.


Unless they succeded in getting very Loyal/Happy customers. You know by following ITIL best practices and all that.

Look at the price, look at home much of what you get you will actually use, then ask yourself a question - "would I not be better off to download a free template off the interwebz?

As somebody who has previously considered Pink products I would have to say that this is exactly what helped me decide.
