Who is Stephen Bajada
Why do you think this site has that information
Why do you want his study notes
If you want to study for the exam you should use buy the recommended study guide in stead _________________ John Hardesty

At the risk of sounding like John - how hard is it to Google ITIl Bajada? took me about 2 seconds.
I like the other grumpy old ****ers on this website are actually very happy to answer questions of substabce - but Google does searches much betetr than we can. _________________ Liz Gallacher,

Nope
We still get newbies and we still get stupid or lazy questions
And other posters are reacting the same way
use google or search when asking lazy questions _________________ John Hardesty

Sorry John, I think you are very aggressive and by the way there's no stupid question or smart one at any learning path especially if you are new.
by the way,
i already checked the website of the guy and the notes sent by mail but there's no response.
Anyway,
try to provide answer in descent way, because all of us learning till death and i am self study learner at all of my certificates.
Thanks for your listening..... _________________ Regards,

Your question was lazy.it was not stupid. It showed - based on the information you presented in the question that you did not take any effort at all to do any leg work
I am glad that you are learning. I am glad you have the Project certification.
This site is NOT a training web site for ITIL. This site is for discussing ITIL - which includes training
AS to being aggressive...Nope. I merely stated my opinion of your post. and the fact that you expect us to do your work for you
And I would like to know your reasoning that this forum has anything to do with this individual / book / his own web site / forum ? _________________ John Hardesty

UKVIKING,
Thanks for your reply.
I will share my opinions regarding ITIL from now on because i thaught that the forum discuss any issue regarding the ITIL.
I have a request for the Admin,
Can we add section for (Lessons Learned LL) for those who pass the ITIL certification and how they prepare their study plan, which resources they used, what their opinion for anyone intending to take the exam.
Thanks again and looking to add my first post regarding (ITIL Foundation) after i will pass the exam by end of this month. _________________ Regards,

radi2k,
You misinterpret my response
Asking questions about ITIL - even training / studing ITIL can be asked here. And you may get a response that would be useful
But, the first thing that any responder would do - like myself and most likely others is ask
Is this a question that could be answered by going to the ITIL Certification web site or the official web site etc or the official ITIL Documentation - V2 or v3
Is this a question that sounds like an exam question and the person has no clue about how to answer
If the answer is yes and the user is merely posting because they can not think critically enough / hard enough or reason out the issue and go to the internet - where there appears to be useful information (static) as well as useless info. Or they would rather be held by the hand and walked through the issue, the response could be similar to what you have experienced.
There is a phrase
Give a man a fish ... feed him for a day
teach man to fish .. he can feed himself (or my favorite)
teach a man to use google. and you wont see him for weeks
The other phrase is TANSTAAFL. Google it
If you ask a pointed question, then the answer may be more oriented to what you need
Good luck on your exam. And remember. read the question before making you decision and then read the question again after you made the choice but havenot chosing the answer. Justify your choice
Remember a lot of exams have the right answer, the wrong answer and the right answer if conditions - especially mutliple guess/ choice exams _________________ John Hardesty
