Hi Guys,
I passed ITIL v3 today with 100%. I should thank my trainer really! Even though the training was a bit costly, it worth every penny!
I would like to know how long will it take for me to get the certification? What does it look like? Who is it signed by? Lol I'm just curious. Sorry!
Should I need to register somewhere on the ITIL V3 site to receive the certification or something like that? Please advice.
Thanks for your time! |

Congrats hassan2k! Way to go! So, any idea when will we receive the Certificate? Should we register on some site? Is there any procedure like that? Why I ask this because RHCE certification has that kind of approach. |

I haven’t received mine till now I have had a very BAD experience when tried contacting ITIL via Email and phone,
Tel - +44 (0) 1494 458 948
Email - servicedesk@apmgroup.co.uk
Nobody knows where my certificates are? And they are not even bothered to resend it every time I contact them I get the message it has been sent to your address, I normally get at least 10-15 foreign post every month I am not sure how this got missed. can anybody suggest me what will be the next step? |

Just possibly the second is v2.
Which makes John's answer correct perhaps more profoundly than he realized. _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."
