Hi,
just would like to poll some opinions. Have anybody had an experience with a Service Catalog that was an its own tool, rather than a part of a larger ITSM software suite? Looking at some options now and can easily make pros and cons based on pricing, interface, usability, requirements, etc... Just want to see what people's subjective opinion is, if anybody ran across or worked with such tools.
