Our company is working to build up Training Mangement. The scope is to administrate contracts with IT Training Supplier(s) and Inhouse training capacities.
This is to:
·Provide a platform and knowledge to help identify and minimise possible problems and incorrect implementation approaches.
·Help highlight skill and competence in the Organization.
·Provide a pool of resources.
·Can lead to a more productive and responsive workforce.
·Keeping up-to-date with business, Customer and industry trends and best practices. These will then increaase Customer satisfaction.
Does anyone have any experience in this? Is there any URLs that I should visit? Any Software that can ease the work to administer this?
My other solution is to outsource this.
