Pink Elephant ITSM conference

Hi,

just polling to see if any of the posters here ever attended Pink's ITSM conference in Vegas. While the idea of going to Vegas really is attractive, I am wondering how useful their conferences are for somebody with more than a basic knowledge of the subject. I know some of the local ITSM chapter conferences I attended in here in Canada were mostly geared toward none ITIL or beginner audience.

I guess what I am looking for from conference presentations is to come out with 3-4 practical ideas rather than lots of theory fluff and big words that don't me squat in the field.

I know I have seen the thread on Pink conferences in the past but I can't find it. And it was long time ago.

I attended a Pick conference years ago, and an itsmf USA conference more recently. The Pink one was much better, bigger, more professionally run, better speakers etc. The only thing that was not so good was the vendor exhibition, which you may not want anyway

Thanks Liz. You're right, i am not so interested in anything vendors have to offer. I value practical advice/solutions rather than smoke and mirrors.
