Why do you want to do ITIL Certification ?
Do you even know what ITIL is and what certification means ?
Obviously, you know how to conduct a search otherwise you would not have found this site
but

You should google or search for
ITIL Certification
ITIL Best Practice
ISO 20000
Onedee tentee
ITIL Training

Also, check out your own country / region job listign for ITIL jobs
