Hello!!
I came across this forum i guess two years back but ever since I was only an active reader, this is my first post but its just the beginning.Its been a nice journey so far reading the comments and has definetly helped in learning as well. I must accept some of your comments on ITIL process and Service Management are very good and have helped me in the past in my job.
A little about me: I started my carrier in 05 and have worked in different roles like Incident, Problem,change and Release Analyst. I got my V2 foundation certification 2 years back and this month got V3 Foundation bridge as well. I recently completed my masters degree from Lancaster University in Uk and am currently applying jobs to get back into the market.

I have been good this year... well relatively speaking.. for the most part I have not pummeled anyone
i have however been really really snarky and sarastic ..maybe even ironic
