I'm needing to do a quick comparison on salary for a Change Management Coordinator (specialist). In doing standard Google queries, I'm unable to find anything relating to IT (only organizational change).
Can anyone point me to a good source of information which contains salary data for the USA for this type of role?

This question has come up before on this forum but even though average salaries have changes over the last year, I'll still give you the same answer - it depends.
A change co-ordinator for a small business will have a different role profile to a change co-ordinator for a large multi-national so it bound to be paid differently. For example, I'm a change manager in a medium sized organistion with a single change co-ordinator helping me out but all they really do is basic change administration, with no decision making. However, I'm sure there are change co-ordinators out there that have delegated authority to approve changes, so I would expect them to be paid more for having more responsibility.
Here's another way to think about it - what's the average salary for a football player? _________________ Mick Smith

Do you mean a US football player or a real football player?
I've seen a few sites that do comparisons, but none have ever got into the level of fine discrimination for roles like that. Typically, by the time they get below "IT manager" they are down to knowledge of one or two adverts for positions that seem to have the same sort of title and I doubt if any validation has been done as to such things as scale and details of the role.
You might get more mileage from SFIA if you can correlate its levels with your organization. Then you could get a picture of what makes sense in comparison with other roles you already pay for. _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."

Exactly my point - same name but different leagues!
And for the record, the average salary my (English) football team is probably less than that of a change co-ordinator... _________________ Mick Smith

Perhaps change co-ordinators should wear football boots. That would keep everyone in line.
I've still got my old boots. Maybe I can have a combined wage? _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."

I'm sure if you try googling you will come back with better statistics than asking individuals. _________________ Ali Makahleh
