You will not find sufficient quality resources on the net to pass the exam, unless they have been published illegally, without the copyright owners' permission. There is a lot of sunstandard stuff out there.
Your options:-
Go on a course (about £700)
Do an accredited Elearning course (about £200)

This is only partially true.
There are many online resources which are credible and licensed / endorsed by ITIL accreditation body, APM Group. These resources are paid for, and are not free. Of course, online courses and bootcamps are also available online, and can be found to have similar accreditations.
Free / illegal resources such as ITIL Dumps and similar contain incorrect content, and result in false information. Definitely not worth it when you can spend $50-$250 and ensure you will understand the concepts.
In any case, the best avenue to find credible products is through Google, as advertising of specific products is prohibited on this forum (even books, I'd imagine).
Of course there are paid-for accredited resources on the net - the so-called free dumps are illegal and unreliable.
Accreditation is not only through APMG, but through the acredited examination institutes like ISEB and EXIN.
