ASSET MANAGER

Our client is an award-winning and leading provider of strategic IT services and solutions for Canadian business. As one of Canada’s top 10 IT solution providers and Western Canada’s largest, the organization provides a full suite of IT services. Customers include leading enterprise and medium-sized organizations across the country, in such industry segments as the public sector, energy, healthcare, education, and oil and gas.

This newly-created role is an opportunity to lead the development and growth of a new practice area for the organization. Operating as a practice lead at the national level and reporting directly to the C-suite, this is a senior role responsible for providing client service in asset lifecycle management (hardware and software) by developing solutions focused on managing, leveraging, and maximizing clients’ investments in their IT assets. The successful candidate is an experienced IT (hardware and/or software) asset manager, with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the financial and operational tasks associated with managing and maximizing the entire lifecycle of IT assets. As such, you have a record of success in applying lifecycle asset management standards, processes, and best practices in large private- and/or public-sector IT environments either as a practitioner or consultant.

Your ability to recommend enhancements to asset management processes and procedures that are consistent with organizational objectives is a clear reflection of your strengths in partnering with business and IT infrastructure teams. Your skills in identifying opportunities that achieve full efficiency and ROI from organizational resources have resulted in a successful track record of asset optimization. Your experience in developing and communicating asset management strategies has won you the trust and confidence of corporate stakeholders.
