Hi there
I am soon to take my Foundation Certificate examination (before progressing on to the Managers course next year). The course I have compelted has given me two example exam papers - but was just wondering if there are any other online examples?

There is a mock exam available at another site 'The ITSM Portal' at
www<dot>itsm-portal<dot>com
Put the real dots back and http etc. back in - this forum strips URLS from the posts.
You will have to register as a member of that portal to access the exam. But its a free portal.
I've done the foundation certificate, and I've did the mock exam to check how much I'd still retained. It's actually quite close to the real thing, and not a bad indicator of how you could expect to do.

I am writing it on the 1st of Oct in Canada. I only have ITIL Service Delivery and support Cds . Thanks to this site and info from you all, I now have some additional info.. Those who sat for the exam, any additional info that you can share... I would really appreciate it.. Thx again.
