We have identified some issues with our pro-active problem management trend analysis and are ready with solutions now we are in an end user education mode with the solution. The problem: Solution Adoption how do we go about it with the users??

have you agreed the solution with the customer?
Have you discussed with the customer how to proceed with implementation, particularly with regard to how users are affected and need to be involved?
I don't see how to answer further without knowing something about the nature of the problem, the nature of the solution and the nature of the users and their environment.
