Viking, I've been thinking about presentations and slides, and what the slides are is a teaching aide.
Thinking about how people learn, slides can be a powerful way to support your message, because while they are listening via the webinar, the message is being reinforced pictorially.
If you are talking about service management, you will be giving out lots of information and detail, and imho slides that are detail-rich might just be too much to absorb. If on the other hand the slides contain pictures, a few bullet points and lots of blank space, rather than overloading, you are reinforcing. Engaging both sides of the brain if you like.
One other thing - the slides you used contained some great information and it would not be too difficult for a determined unethical scumbag to make copies and use the fruits of your labour to their own commercial advantage _________________ DYbeach
