I don't see anything about monitoring - availability, performance, capacity to name but three.
There might also be planning tasks, design tasks, review tasks, audit tasks, improvement tasks, contingency tasks, environmental management tasks, testing, tasks required for Problem, Incident, Change and Release Management. _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."

The thing is we are separating monitoring remote management and
change management into different units o I am in charge is remote infrastructure management unit
Main objective of my unit would be to provide support remotely example
remote implementation
remote support to field engineers
remote support to customers
I am trying to capture what can be delivered remotely from a task
perspective.
We have two locations wanting Trinidad and Tobago and one in Jamaica
I am thinking of a virtual support structure which means I would leverage
tools and technology to virtualize the support but of call can be service from either islands
