If you study for ITIL through a training company they should be able to provide you with example questions.

They should also be able to provide details on the question format, and how to interpret the question correctly. They should also be able to provide you with guidelines for best layout and format for your answers to maximise your points.

Studying the training manual should also give you insight into building your own question lists that better target your specific learning goals or needs over those of a training institute who is tasked with creating general question lists for a (relatively) generic group of students.

Although I can not give you the exact questions but I would suggest you to go through the topics in depth and try to graps the logic behind every topics especially the functions of each segments. Like the focus of the configuration management. Who need RFC to be raised, who implement the changes etc.
