So what part of your business do you have pinned down in your start-up plan?? _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."

Google will give you a much better answer than we can from the perspective of naming service management software vendors.
But I (and probably we) recommend that you formally establish your detailed requirements before you start looking at the products. _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."

Send the list to vendors and then evaluate their offerings against your detailed requirements derived from your documented procedures, policies and strategies.
If I (or anyone else here) were to nominate one or more candidate products (which I cannot without poring over the product spec and comparing it to your list), you would be no better off because you have not a clue how competent I am for the task (for all you know I'm really a professional cat-herder or a dentist); your shortcut could lead to you excluding all the most suitable products and struggling to embrace one I just happen to know about - or one my cousin developed.
It augers ill for your company if you are having to rely on such unaudited resources as this site for such basic information so close to your core activities. _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."

Hi
As a starter for ten I would use an internet search engine* to search on the following terms "SERVICE+DESK+TOOL", and use that as a basis for further investigation.
*Give me a shout if you need me to identify a suitable search engine. |
