Hi, does anyone have any idea where I could get an ITIL approved Service Take On document?
Cheers

I do not know of the document of which you speak (does it exist?), but i can assure you that ITIL does not provide any "approved" operational documents.
I think you need to determine your requirements and generate this yourself. |

I'm having difficulty deciding whether "ITIL approved" is a contradiction in terms, or just a non sequitur, or merely a logical inconsistency. _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."
