Hi All,

I was just wondering if one could suggest me any of the sites wherein I can download templates for service mgmt like problem management, change management or capacity mgmt.

Any suggestions will surely be appreciated.

The answer ... still.. is there are no such things

however both diarmid and timo are willing for a feeto write some- even crappy ones

The level of "crappiness" of my templates is directly related to the hourly rate. Higher the rate, the crappier are my templates.
