Some questions about the use of Frontrange

I got the software of frontrange ITSM recently and I meet some problem.

1. I want to create some new users and define roles and right for them, I find two ways to define roles. One is at definition set -->new definition set -->definitions--> roles and another is at security-->security group manage.The two ways is same ?I found the roles was not exist after I created it at definition set. why?

2. If I want to create emplee object, I am only to change the profile.employee object and no need to create a new employee object, right? Because I found when I create a new users , the profile.employee object must be used.

3. How to comprehend perspective? I meet it when I define role.

4. Who can tell me how to rightly create new users and define roles and right for them ?
