Hi ITIL Experts,
I have just completed my ITIL V3 foundation course.
Currently I'm thinking of pursuing to the intermediate course.
But I'm a bit confused here since there's more than one category.
1) Continual Service Improvement (CSI)
2) Service Transition (ST)
3) Operational Support & Analysis (OSA)
4) Release, Control & Validation (RCV)
Maybe this is stupid question. But may I know whether I need to take all the courses above to be ITIL Intermediate certified?
If no, can I get a suggestions or opinions which one would be the best in the job market and highly sought after?

Each course has its own certificate. There are also some "collections" that go together. I'm sure it is all explained on the websites that the examining bodies put up.
The best one for you is the one that enhances your skills and knowledge, is a good fit with your aptitudes and takes you in the direction you want to go. It should enhance your ability either in the job you are already doing or in the job you reasonably aspire to. There is also the small issue of which aspects you have sufficient experience in to do well on the training as well as the job.
If it was not a fallacy that there is a qualification that by itself improves your job chances then you would want to study brain surgery one year (when there was a shortage), horticulture the next, and astrophysics the next again. _________________ "Method goes far to prevent trouble in business: for it makes the task easy, hinders confusion, saves abundance of time, and instructs those that have business depending, both what to do and what to hope."

Thank you very much for the feedback!!!
I went through the official ITIL site and get a clearer picture now...
Surprisingly it's more complicated than the foundation level since you need to go through couple of certs....
