This position is for a multi-national corporation who require a Senior Service Manager to oversee and drive forward the development of the service support functions within the ITIL framework.
We need an individual to have been an ITIL practitioner for at least the last year working with international responsibilities of planning and implementing at least 50% of the ITIL functions.
